Ms. Craycraft

Hello! My name is Susan Craycraft. I was born and raised in the southwest Ohio area. I graduated from Miami University in 1999 with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education. The 2019-2020 school year will be my 19th year of teaching English and Language Arts. I taught in Ohio from 2000 to 2012. In 2013 I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where I taught at an alternative high school for credit deficient and struggling students. This past summer I moved back to Ohio to be closer to my family.
I am very excited to continue my teaching career here at Phoenix International High School. I will be teaching high school English, grades 9 through 12. In my classes we will work hard to become productive citizens and lifelong learners. We will also prepare for standardized tests and work on improving our reading and writing skills. We will engage in higher level thinking activities designed to help students develop critical thinking skills. I am very excited to become a member of the PCLC family.
I look forward to meeting students, parents, and community members. Feel free to contact me at
