8th Grade American History

8th Grade American History. PCLC 8th grade American History guides students to develop their understanding on how the United States was formed. This class will cover the beginnings of America to the Reconstruction Era. This course is designed to meet the Ohio Depart of Education Social Studies Content Standards for 8th grade. Students will focus on a variety of topics and eras including colonization, westward expansions, the American Revolution, the War of 1812, the Civil War, and Reconstruction.
